Not a choose-your-adventure template. A real fork — two threads with independent memory, both shaped by the same character's personality sheet.
When a scene reaches a turning point, you can take it in a different direction. The arc forks: one thread follows the choice you made, and the other follows the road not taken. Both persist. Both carry their own memory.
The character adapts to the branch. She reads the mood, the stakes, and the history of that specific thread. The same personality sheet produces different lines depending on which branch the scene is on.
This is what separates storylines from conversations. A conversation resets. A storyline builds, forks, and remembers. Every session is an episode in a larger arc — and the arc is yours to direct.
